How well can you really know another person? Even those closest to us can have secrets and dark dimensions that we could never have imagined.

Jackie (Hannah Emily Anderson) and Jules (Brittany Allen) celebrate their one-year wedding anniversary in a secluded cabin in the woods that belongs to Jackie's family. But from the moment they arrive, everything changes, and Jules' usually loving wife Jackie (if that's even her real name) begins to show an unknown and dark side of herself. And soon it becomes clear that Jules must choose between the woman she loves and a mad fight for survival.
