Warhunt

The year is 1945. An American plane carrying important equipment crashes under mysterious circumstances in a remote part of the Black Forest. Sergeant Brewer and his company are sent there to rescue any survivors and secure the cargo. They soon find indications that something far more sinister than the advance of Nazi troops is at work. What Brewer and the men encounter in the dark forest is an evil that makes the most war-hardened in the group fade. Will they be able to live up to their promise to never leave anyone behind? Madness creeps closer and all hope seems lost.

Veteran film director Mauro Borelli ( Captain America: The First Avenger , Dracula Untold ) delivers a solid dose of pulpy World War II horror. The ensemble cast, led by Robert Knepper, Jackson Rathbone and Mickey Rourke, lends emotional weight to a story that wouldn't feel out of place in the Weird War Tales comic anthology.
