His name is Ennio, but he is better known as “The Video Man” – a film nerd who lives in the past surrounded by thousands of video cassettes. His big dream is to reopen his video store, which he will be able to afford by selling his most expensive possession – a rare edition of Lucio Fulci’s “Zombie”. But the film is stolen and during the desperate hunt he meets Simone, a down-on-her-luck woman just as broken as he is. Soon an odd romance sprouts between the pair, while Ennio’s life increasingly begins to resemble a terrible Italian horror film!

Stefan Sauk, Lena Nilsson and a host of Swedish stars join forces in this crazy but also tender tribute to the VHS era and everyone who is considered a bit odd in our society. After its Swedish theatrical release, the film has become a favorite at horror festivals and the music video for the film featuring 1980s pop princess Samantha Fox has received hundreds of thousands of clicks on Youtube .
