Val Kilmer, in his film debut, plays rock ’n’ roll teen idol Nick Rivers, who is invited to perform behind the Iron Curtain in East Germany. No problem, except for one small detail: he also has to stop the world from being wiped out by a new superweapon!
This laugh riot comes courtesy of David Zucker, Jerry Zucker and Jim Abrahams, the same lunatics behind the smash hits Airplane! and The Naked Gun 1 & 2. This time, spy movies and war films are the targets of their outrageously twisted spoofs. And if you have a particular fondness for watching cows in wellington boots, you’ve come to exactly the right place!
