Unlike the myriad of TV-produced Beck films, these films are based on original books by MAJ SJÖWALL and PER WAHLÖÖ , which have been translated into 40 languages and sold millions of copies around the world. Three of the films were successful in cinemas before the entire sextet was released for home viewing. The films are now being released for the very first time on Blu-ray – in newly scanned versions with top quality.
