Sex and Fury

Christina Lindberg meets Reiko Ike in 1880s Japan! An explosive yakuza masterpiece!

Young Ocho witnesses her father’s brutal murder, setting her on a nineteen-year quest for vengeance. Trained by yakuza women in deadly swordsmanship and the art of seduction, she takes bloody revenge in Japan’s criminal underworld. When a beautiful Western spy (Christina Lindberg) crosses her path during a high-stakes card game, their fates become intertwined in a web of political assassinations, sexual torture and spectacular bloodshed.

From the legendary naked sword fight to the unforgettable staircase battle, this is a groundbreaking revenge film that inspired Tarantino and countless imitators. But none could replicate the raw intensity, cultural authenticity and uncompromising vision of director Norifumi Suzuki’s original masterpiece, based on Taro Bonten’s manga series. Restored and completely uncut!
