After a long trip, Mark returns home to discover that his wife Anna has completely changed and is now planning to leave him to move into an old, dilapidated house. Jealous, Mark has a private detective shadow Anna in search of a supposed lover, but the detective is brutally murdered. Soon, his fears that Anna is seeing someone else are also confirmed. Or rather – something else…
