Wherever Ola and the Janglers end up on their tour, they are met by packed venues with screaming teenage girls. They are often forced to flee from their lustful fans. Julia is also on tour, with a somber set of Beckett. Her audience is all the older and more serious. When Ola and Julia's paths cross, things immediately light up and they end up in the same bed. But this is more than a "one-off fling". Despite all their differences, love blossoms, which Ola's band and Julia's tour manager fear could end in disaster. Soon there is only one choice - love or career! Ola and the Janglers were one of the biggest pop bands of the 60s. They also included "Clabbe" af Geijerstam, who composed 13 new songs for the film. The script was written by Jan Halldoff together with Bengt Forslund (Oscar nominee for The Emigrants) and Stig "Slas" Claesson. Photo model Monica Ekman plays Julia and in mini roles we see Halldoff himself as a record company director and Lasse Åberg as a waiter.
