My cousin

Pierre Pastié is the CEO of an internationally recognized and successful beverage company. The only catch is that he shares ownership with his cousin Adrien. They were close friends in childhood, but have grown apart over the years. Nowadays, Pierre can barely stand being in the same room as Adrien, who has turned into an unbearable troublemaker with severe mood swings. So when it's time to meet again and sign the papers that give Pierre continued control of the family group, trouble is brewing. The journey they are forced to embark on together will either bring the cousins closer together - or drive them both to complete madness!

Jan Kounen broke through in the late 90s with the action thriller Dobermann and has since kept audiences on their toes with his eclectic mix of comic book adaptations ( Blueberry ), satire ( 99 Francs – with Oscar winner Jean Dujardin), romance ( Coco Chanel & Igor Stravinsky ) and various documentaries. When he, together with César winner ( The Measure of a Man ) Vincent Lindon, who also had one of the leading roles in Julia Ducournau's Titane , sets out to make a both comedic and emotional road movie, the result is guaranteed to be unlike anything else you've seen in the genre.
