The year is 1941. Hitler's war machine is ravaging country after country. The Soviet Union has just been invaded and all hope seems lost. The Allies therefore see no other option than to support them with weapons. A convoy of 35 cargo ships filled to the brim with military equipment begins a dangerous journey towards Murmansk and Arkhangelsk, with British air support. On board one of the ships we meet a Norwegian crew, most of whom are civilians. The enemy is attacking from above, below and on the surface of the sea. And just when things look at their worst, it is announced that the convoy's air support will now be withdrawn...

As a very skilled Swedish cannon shooter in the lavish CONVOJEN we see Adam Lundgren, unforgettable in Känn ingen sorg, Torka aldrig tårar besant hanskar and of course Vår tid är nu. Everyone will also recognize Anders Baasmo and Tobias Sentelmann, not least for their roles in the much-talked-about TV hit Exit. ---
