The young opera singer Robert and his great love, the Jewish violinist Rachel, want nothing more than to spend the rest of their lives together. But when Poland is invaded by Germany in the fall of 1939, they are abruptly torn apart. Rachel is deported by the Gestapo, no one knows where, while Robert makes a sacred promise: “I will find you, at any cost.” His search takes him straight into enemy territory on a hunt where his life is at stake.

Leo Suter (Vikings: Valhalla) and Adelaide Clemens (The Great Gatsby) are the love interest in this gripping war drama inspired by true events. Other important roles include Stellan Skarsgård, Connie Nielsen (Gladiator) and Stephen Dorff (Blade). The film is produced by Oscar winner Fred Roos (The Godfather Part II, Apocalypse Now) with a screenplay by David S. Ward (Oscar winner for The Blow) and music by Jan AP Kaczmarek (Oscar winner for Finding Neverland).
