Special Agent Victor Willis – the cat with the velvet tongue – may be the Secret Service's top spy, but he's no good at following orders. Along with new video game-crazy agent rat Hector, Victor is sent to a remote platform to guard the top-secret material Radiuzite.

When a group of mysterious figures break in to steal the Radiuzite, the unlikely team must work together undercover. They soon realize that Earth's climate is under threat and its species are on the verge of extinction. And only the two of them can save the world from destruction!
