44-year-old Georges and his 100% deerskin jacket have a plan.

Georges is 44 years old, living in the French countryside and newly divorced. When he finds a second-hand, fringed deerskin jacket, his life changes and a new life agenda takes shape. He starts filming himself and enlists the help of the bartender Denise ( Adèle Haenel , Portrait of a Lady on Fire ) who is also a promising film editor. Together they set out into the world to fulfill George and his buckskin jacket's evil plan: to wipe out all competition and strive for world domination. And film everything in between.

Oscar-winning Jean Dujardin ( The Artist , The Connection ) plays midlife crisis Georges whose masculinity comes into conflict with the world and reality, in this twisted and surreal dark thriller comedy from filmmaker Quentin Dupieux ( Rubber , Wrong Cops ), also known in the music world as “Mr. Oizo”.
