With Halloween and The Chainsaw Massacre, John Carpenter and Tobe Hooper created horror of cinematic historical dimensions. In Body Bags, the two masters meet to test how far they can go to shred our nerves. In The Gas Station (directed by Carpenter), we meet a young girl who is greeted by an escaped serial killer during his night shift. In Hair (directed by Carpenter), a vain man visits a hair clinic and is infected with a murderous parasite. And in Eye (directed by Hooper), a man has a new eye operated on, but in return he also gets the personality of its previous owner – a crazy murderer! Our cicerone is the slimiest coroner of all time – played by Carpenter himself! In other roles, we see stars such as Mark Hamill, Stacy Keach, Debbie Harry, Robert Carradine, Tom Arnold, Sheena Easton, David Naughton, Twiggy and David Warner. Hooper also appears in a rare role, as do horror legends Sam Raimi, Wes Craven and Roger Corman. Truly an experience to die for!
